These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our website and purchasing our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making purchases or creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activities occurring under your account.

2. Our Products

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including their colors, designs, dimensions, materials, and features.

However, product colors and appearances may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, and display capabilities.

All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice, except that changes will not alter the agreed price of an accepted order unless otherwise permitted by law.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

Our mahjong tile sets, accessories, packaging, illustrations, artwork, and original designs are proprietary products of Feels Like Mahjong.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership or licensing rights to its artwork, designs, or other intellectual property.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

By placing an order, you authorize Feels Like Mahjong and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel orders, subject to applicable law.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may cancel orders due to suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and applicable law.

Preorder customers retain applicable cancellation and refund rights if an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, including minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, and expiration dates.

Bundles and Promotional Gifts

Products purchased as part of a discounted bundle must be returned together as a complete bundle for standard returns.

Individual components of discounted bundles cannot be returned separately for a partial refund due to a change of mind.

Complimentary gifts and promotional merchandise, including free tote bags, must be returned if the qualifying purchase is returned or the remaining order no longer meets the promotion's eligibility requirements.

5. Preorders and Shipping

Certain Feels Like Mahjong products are offered for preorder before they are available for shipment.

Estimated shipping dates are displayed on applicable product pages.

An estimated shipping date refers to when we expect your order to leave our facility, not its expected delivery date.

We make every reasonable effort to meet our stated shipping timelines.

However, manufacturing, production, supply chain, or carrier-related circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Delayed Preorders

If we anticipate that an order cannot ship within its originally stated timeframe, we will notify affected customers as soon as possible and no later than the promised shipping date.

We will provide a revised shipping estimate when available and explain the customer's options, including:

• Accepting the revised shipping timeframe.

• Canceling the affected unshipped order and receiving a full refund.

If we cannot fulfill an order or do not obtain any consent required to extend the shipping timeframe, we will cancel and refund the order in accordance with applicable law.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing products with different availability or preorder shipping dates may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

Items will ship separately as they become available, without additional shipping charges beyond those assessed at checkout.

Customers may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for a single order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates, available destinations, and free shipping qualifications are described in our Shipping Policy.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

If an order is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Return and Refund Policy governs standard returns and exchanges.

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in that policy.

Mahjong tile sets must remain unopened with their original shrink-wrap intact to qualify for a standard return.

Opened or used tile sets are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges, except where defective or otherwise required by law.

All returns require prior authorization. Customers must email hello@feelslikemahjong.com before shipping merchandise back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns, except as otherwise stated in our Return and Refund Policy or required by law.

Nothing in this section limits applicable rights concerning damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

We take care to inspect and package our products before shipment.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us promptly at hello@feelslikemahjong.com, preferably within seven calendar days of delivery.

We may request photographs and additional information to help evaluate the issue.

Our first priority is to replace the affected product or individual component whenever reasonably possible.

For example, if one tile in a 160-tile mahjong set is damaged, we will prioritize replacing that individual tile rather than replacing the entire set.

If an appropriate replacement is unavailable within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer a suitable refund or, with the customer's agreement, a replacement from a future production batch, consistent with applicable law.

Where a return is required because of our error or a qualifying defect, Feels Like Mahjong will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

These procedures do not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content appearing on our website, including but not limited to product designs, mahjong tile artwork, illustrations, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, packaging designs, written content, and other creative materials, is owned by Rivie LLC, doing business as Feels Like Mahjong, or used with permission from the applicable rights holder.

Such materials may be protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, design, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing our products does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, manufacture, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our artwork or designs.

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or recreate our original mahjong tile artwork or product designs.

• Manufacture or sell products incorporating our protected artwork or designs.

• Use our photographs, illustrations, logos, or other website content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

• Create or distribute unauthorized derivative works based on our protected designs.

• Use our brand name, logos, or other protected branding in a manner that infringes our rights.

We reserve all rights and may pursue appropriate remedies for unauthorized use or infringement.
