Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Feels Like Mahjong purchase as much as we loved creating it! Every piece is thoughtfully designed, and we want your experience to be just as lovely as the products themselves.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery on unused, unopened merchandise in its original packaging.

All returns must be approved before being shipped back to us. To request a return, please email hello@feelslikemahjong.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Mahjong Tile Sets

To protect the quality and condition of every set, mahjong tile sets must be returned with their original shrink-wrap completely intact.

Once the shrink-wrap has been removed, the tile set is considered opened and is not eligible for a standard return or exchange, unless defective or otherwise required by law.

Bundles, Promotional Gifts & Partial Returns

Bundles must be returned in their entirety. We do not accept partial returns or exchanges of individual items purchased as part of a bundle for reasons such as change of mind.

All bundle returns must include every original item, accessory, complimentary product, and all original packaging. All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Any complimentary gifts or promotional items received with a purchase must also be returned if the qualifying purchase is returned. This includes free tote bags, gifts with purchase, and other promotional merchandise.

If a return of separately purchased merchandise causes an order to fall below the qualifying threshold for a promotional gift, the complimentary item must also be returned unused and unopened.

Returns missing required bundle components or promotional gifts may be declined or have the retail value of missing items deducted from the refund, where permitted by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law or when an error was made on our part.

We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards, personalized products, and merchandise clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for standard returns, except where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package each order, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right!

Please email hello@feelslikemahjong.com within 7 calendar days of delivery, whenever possible, with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Our first priority is to replace the damaged, defective, or incorrect item or individual component whenever possible.

For example, if a customer receives a mahjong tile set with one damaged tile, we will prioritize replacing that individual tile rather than requiring the return or replacement of the entire 160-tile set.

If a replacement is not available within a reasonable timeframe, the customer may receive an appropriate refund or, with their agreement, wait for a replacement from an upcoming production batch, subject to applicable law.

If a return is necessary because of damage, a defect, or our error, Feels Like Mahjong will cover the return shipping costs.

Please keep the original packaging and damaged merchandise until we've reviewed your request. Do not discard or return damaged items without contacting us first.

The 7-day reporting request does not limit any applicable legal rights relating to defective merchandise.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to applicable law and your financial institution's processing time.

Preorders & Shipping Delays

Some Feels Like Mahjong products are available for preorder, with an anticipated shipping date clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

While we make every effort to ship orders within the stated timeframe, production, manufacturing, or shipping circumstances may occasionally cause unexpected delays.

If we anticipate that your order will not ship by the originally stated shipping date, we will notify you as soon as possible and no later than that date.

We will provide a revised shipping estimate when available and give you the option to:

• Accept the delay: Keep your order and agree to the updated shipping timeframe.

• Cancel your preorder: Cancel your unshipped order and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If we are unable to fulfill your order or do not receive any consent required to extend the shipping timeframe, we will cancel and refund the order in accordance with applicable law.

For preorder purchases that are delivered, the standard 14-day return window begins on the date of delivery, not the date the order was placed.
