Shipping Policy

At Feels Like Mahjong, we believe the anticipation is part of the fun! We carefully package each order to make sure your new mahjong favorites arrive safely and beautifully.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $600 or more within the United States.

For orders under $600, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered and delivery destination.

Preorders & Estimated Shipping Dates

Some of our collections are available for preorder. Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the individual product pages at the time of purchase.

These dates represent when we expect your order to leave our facility, not when it will arrive at your doorstep.

We work hard to meet our estimated shipping dates, but production or carrier delays may occasionally affect these timelines.

If we anticipate a delay beyond the originally stated shipping date, we will notify you and provide an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected unshipped order for a full refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Orders With Multiple Shipping Dates

If your order contains items with different estimated shipping dates, we will ship each item separately as it becomes available.

You do not need to wait for your entire order to be ready before receiving your available items.

There is no additional shipping charge for these separate shipments. Any applicable shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

You may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for the same order.

Processing & Delivery

In-stock items are generally prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Preorder items will be prepared for shipment according to the estimated shipping dates displayed on their product pages.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Carrier delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@feelslikemahjong.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@feelslikemahjong.com with your order number and any available photographs or tracking information.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
